TioMarkets' CySEC license (429/23), obtained in April 2023, remains active and in good standing. The license provides EU-wide passporting under MiFID II, extending TioMarkets' regulated coverage beyond the UK FCA entity to serve European clients with ICF protection up to €20,000.
The CySEC license is approaching its third year, moving TioMarkets beyond the "newly licensed" phase that characterises many newer CySEC-authorised brokers. Combined with the established FCA license (488900), TioMarkets now operates under dual Tier-1/Tier-2 regulation covering the UK and EU. European clients benefit from segregated funds, negative balance protection, and access to the Investor Compensation Fund. The Seychelles FSA entity (SD 167) continues to serve international clients seeking higher leverage outside ESMA restrictions.
